Immunophenotyping of ATMSCs cultured in standard conditions (DMEM/10, in 2D). Cells expressed CD90, CD105, CD140b, and NG2 but lacked expression of CD11b, CD34, CD79a, CD106, CD146, and CD271. Histograms drawn in black represent negative controls. Histograms drawn in red represent the expression of the abovementioned molecules by the cell populations. Overlapping curves represent populations of cells that do not express the tested markers. Histograms are representative of two independent experiments, except for CD140b and NG2, whose data corresponds to a single ATMSC population analyzed.
