Detection of apoptosis in human PDLSCs by flow cytometry. PDLSCs were cultured in standard medium and treated with 100 ng/ml TNF-α and 10 μg/ml or 20 μg/ml AZM as indicated for 24 h. Apoptosis was detected using annexin V apoptosis assay.
