Cell nuclei are shown in blue cells. (b) HCEnCs from old donor corneas cultured on Lab-Tek showed high viability and confluency without any dead cells. (c) Relatively lesser amount of cells was observed when HCEnCs were cultured on FSS. There were no dead cells observed on FSS too, but again, most of the cells were cultured in quadrants 2 and 3.
