Fasudil Promotes BMSC Migration via Activating the MAPK Signaling Pathway and Application in a Model of Spinal Cord Injury

<div>FAS stimulates actin stress fiber formation of BMSCs. BMSCs were serum starved for 12 h and treated with PBS or 30 <i>μ</i>M FAS for 4 h. After treatment, rhodamine phalloidin staining was performed to stain actin stress fibers. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI.</div>
