CFTR Expression Analysis for Subtyping of Human Pancreatic Cancer Organoids

<div>CFTR and HNF1a expression correlate in human PDAC organoids. (a) Relative gene expression of <i>HNF1A</i> and <i>CFTR</i> in 10 analyzed human PDAC organoid lines. Organoids have been established from surgical resection specimens (DD314-DD442) or EUS-guided FNA samples (NR002-NR006). RT-qPCR data were analyzed by including the two housekeeping genes, GAPDH and ACBT1.
