miR-129-5p Regulates the Immunomodulatory Functions of Adipose-Derived Stem Cells via Targeting Stat1 Signaling

Inflammatory factors induce miR-129-5p expression in ASCs. ASCs were treated with 10 ng/mL TNFα plus 10 ng/mL IFNγ for the indicated amount of time (a) or treated with TNFα plus IFNγ for 12 h at increasing concentrations (b, c) and then collected in TRIzol. miR-129-5p and iNOS mRNA levels were determined by quantitative RT-PCR. (d) ASCs were treated with LPS for 12 h at increasing concentrations, and miR-129-5p levels were examined by quantitative RT-PCR. .
