miR-129-5p Regulates the Immunomodulatory Functions of Adipose-Derived Stem Cells via Targeting Stat1 Signaling

<div>miR-129-5p knockdown in ASCs by lentiviral transduction. ASCs were isolated from C57BL/6 mice and were transduced with control lentivirus containing GFP (NC) or lentivirus containing miR-129-5p inhibitor and GFP.
