ASCs with miR-129-5p knockdown promote tumor growth in vivo. On day 1, B16-F0 cells were injected subcutaneously into the back of C57BL/6 mice, with or without coinjection of NC- or miR-129-5p inhibitor-transduced ASCs ( cells per mouse).
