Dual Inhibition of BMP and WNT Signals Promotes Pancreatic Differentiation from Human Pluripotent Stem Cells

Inhibition of WNT could facilitate the generation of pancreatic progenitor cells. (a) Immunofluorescence results exhibited the control group (no BMP inhibitor) and WNTi (using WNT inhibitor XAV939) at PP stage with pancreatic marker PDX1, liver marker AFP, and intestine marker CDX2.
