Endometriotic Peritoneal Fluid Promotes Myofibroblast Differentiation of Endometrial Mesenchymal Stem Cells

<div>PF exhibits a minimal effect on the proliferation of endometrial MSCs. Endometrial MSCs or non-MSCs were treated with indicated concentrations of control or endometriotic PF for 24 h, and the cell viability was determined by CCK-8. EN-MSCs and EN-non MSCs represent endometrial MSCs and endometrial non-MSCs, respectively.
