The Biguanides Metformin and Buformin in Combination with 2-Deoxy-glucose or WZB-117 Inhibit the Viability of Highly Resistant Human Lung Cancer Cells

Metformin and buformin in combination with WZB-117 have a synergistic effect on cell viability of H460 lung cancer cells. Cells growing under RCCs were incubated with the indicated concentrations of drugs for 72 h. Control cells (DMSO) were incubated with equivalent concentration of DMSO. The viability was measured by the MTT assay. and indicate and , respectively (ANOVA).
