The Biguanides Metformin and Buformin in Combination with 2-Deoxy-glucose or WZB-117 Inhibit the Viability of Highly Resistant Human Lung Cancer Cells

<div>Metformin and buformin alone or in combination with 2-DG decrease clonogenicity of H460 cells. Cells were incubated with the indicated concentration of drugs for 72 hours followed by incubation in drug-free media for ~9 days.
