Gene expression of human fetal liver cells after DLK1 knockdown. Total human fetal liver cells were cultured for three (dark grey bars) or five (light grey bars) days with DLK1-targeting siRNA and analyzed for their expression of the hepatic, hematopoietic, endothelial, and cell cycle genes.
