Spontaneously Formed Spheroids from Mouse Compact Bone-Derived Cells Retain Highly Potent Stem Cells with Enhanced Differentiation Capability

<div>Immunofluorescence staining of neurogenic-induced spheroid-derived and monolayer-cultured CBDCs. After 2 weeks of neurogenic induction, spheroid-derived cells and monolayer-cultured cells were confirmed by immunofluorescence staining. The expression of Nestin and <i>β</i>III-tubulin was observed with neural cell-like morphology only in spheroid-derived cells (a).
