Wnt-GSK3<i>β</i>/<i>β</i>-Catenin Regulates the Differentiation of Dental Pulp Stem Cells into Bladder Smooth Muscle Cells

<div>The involvement of Wnt-mediated GSK3<i>β</i>/<i>β</i>-catenin in SMC differentiation from DPSC clone A32. The A32 clone was induced according to the SMC induction protocol, 20% conditioned medium, and 2.5 ng/mL TGF-<i>β</i>1 for the indicated time (0 d, 5 d, 8 d, 11 d, and 14 d). The protein levels of p-GSK3<i>β</i>, t-GSK3<i>β</i>, and <i>β</i>-catenin were analysed with western blotting (a and c). The relative band intensities were determined by densitometry (b and d). Statistical analysis was performed by using one-way ANOVA.
