Wnt-GSK3<i>β</i>/<i>β</i>-Catenin Regulates the Differentiation of Dental Pulp Stem Cells into Bladder Smooth Muscle Cells

<div>Growth factor analysis in SMC differentiation from DPSC clone A32. The A32 clone was induced following the SMC induction protocol for the indicated time (0 d, 5 d, 8 d, 11 d, and 14 d). The mRNA expressions of TGF-<i>β</i>1 (a), HGF (b), VEGF (c), PDGF-BB (d), bFGF (e), and EGF (f) were analysed with qPCR. Statistical analysis was performed by using one-way ANOVA.
