Donors included in our study. The group of females () and one male (; abdomen site) underwent tumescent liposuction, in which adipose tissue was harvested from the inner thigh (), from the outer thigh (), and from the abdomen (). In each harvesting site, the lipoaspirate was obtained both under low and under high negative pressure.
