Human Adipose Derived Cells in Two- and Three-Dimensional Cultures: Functional Validation of an In Vitro Fat Construct

<div>Temporal immunophenotype and gelling behavior of SVF cells cultured in 3 dimensions in human-derived ObaGel. Studies investigating the correlation of cell seeding density and ObaGel concentration to gel stability were performed (a), and whole plate images were taken (b). Gel stability was measured and reported as a percentage (%) total gelling.
