The adenoviral vectors AdpBase and pMPH86 transfected the primary human dental pulp cells, and cells were selected in medium with hygromycin for 3 days. Surviving cells were observed at day 3, day 7, and day 13 postselection. The iHDPCs passaged consecutively for 25 passages (p25) (d and e). The mRNA expression of SV40T-Ag was upregulated after immortalization.
