<div>Experimental protocol of this study. (a) Mice were sensitized on days 0, 1, 7, and 8 by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin (OVA) and challenged intranasally on days 14, 15, 21, and 22 with OVA. Adipose stem cell- (ASC-) derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) (10 <i>μ</i>g/50 <i>μ</i>L) were injected intranasally on days 12, 13, 19, and 20. (b) Mice were divided into three groups according to sensitization, challenge, and treatment.</div>
