Growth colony and the expression of endothelial cell markers of isolated HUVECs. A typical cobblestone-like colony was observed after 24 hours culture (a). A representative image of (b) CD31 (green) and (c) vWF (red) was detected in HUVECs regardless of their cultivated condition.
