Spinal Reflex Recovery after Dorsal Rhizotomy and Repair with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Gel Combined with Bioengineered Human Embryonic Stem Cells (hESCs)

<div>Representative immunofluorescence micrographs of CGRP immunolabeling on the ipsilateral side of the spinal cord after rhizotomy and repair, 1 week after lesion. Similar to VGLUT1 immunolabeling, a significant decrease in CGRP immunoreactivity was observed following DRZ.
