CircRNA FAT1 Regulates Osteoblastic Differentiation of Periodontal Ligament Stem Cells via miR-4781-3p/SMAD5 Pathway

circFAT1 acting as a miRNA sponge for miR-4781-3p by targeting SMAD5. (a) I: Dual-luciferase reporter gene assay was used to verify the binding sites between circFAT1 and miR-4781-3p. II: Dual-luciferase reporter gene assay was used to verify the binding sites between SMAD5 and miR-4781-3p. (b) Rescue experiment results showed that miR-4781 inhibitor could reverse the inhibition of circFAT1 siRNA on the osteogenic ability of PDLSCs. The expression level of SMAD5 was also reversed by miR-4781 inhibitor.
