lncRNA HHIP-AS1 Promotes the Osteogenic Differentiation Potential and Inhibits the Migration Ability of Periodontal Ligament Stem Cells

<div>HHIP-AS1 knockdown resulted in upregulation of ROR2, CXCL12, and NEAT1 and downregulation of FGF5 and LINC00973 in PDLSCs. Real-time RT-PCR results showed the expressions of (a) ROR2, (b) CXCL12, (c) FGF5, (d) NEAT1, and (e) LINC00973. GAPDH was used as internal control.
