CGF Membrane Promotes Periodontal Tissue Regeneration Mediated by hUCMSCs through Upregulating TAZ and Osteogenic Differentiation Genes

<div>Concentrated growth factors (CGF) fibrin membrane promoted the viability, osteogenic differentiation, osteopontin (OPN) expression, and ALP content of hUCMSCs. (a) Cell viability was measured by MTT assay. (b) Alizarin staining was used to identify the differentiation of stem cells into osteoblasts, under 200 × magnification. Mineral accumulation was quantified. (c) Immunofluorescence staining was used to detect OPN expression, under 200 × magnification. (d) The content detection of alkaline phosphatase (ALP).
