CGF Membrane Promotes Periodontal Tissue Regeneration Mediated by hUCMSCs through Upregulating TAZ and Osteogenic Differentiation Genes

CGF fibrin membrane upregulated the expression of osteogenesis-related genes and transcriptional coactivator with PDZ-binding motif (TAZ) and promoted the nuclear transfer of TAZ. (a–c) The mRNA expressions of osteogenesis-related genes were analyzed by Quantitative Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR). β-Actin was employed as an internal control. (d and e) TAZ protein expression in cytoplasm and nucleus was detected by Western blot. β-Actin and Lamin B1 were employed as an internal control.
