Adult Human Multipotent Neural Cells Could Be Distinguished from Other Cell Types by Proangiogenic Paracrine Effects via MCP-1 and GRO

Paracrine mediators of in vivo proangiogenic activities of ahMNCs. HUVECs and ahMNCs in Matrigel were transplanted subcutaneously into dorsal surfaces of Balb-c/nu mice, to which 0, 1, 5, or 10 μg/ml MCP-1 or GROα/β/γ neutralizing antibody was applied. Four days after transplantation, in vivo angiogenesis was analyzed histologically. Representative data (001TL) of triplicated experiments are shown.
