Rho/ROCK Inhibition Promotes TGF-<i>β</i>3-Induced Tenogenic Differentiation in Mesenchymal Stromal Cells

<div>Gene expression of the tendon marker and extracellular matrix molecules in human and equine MSC. Cells were cultured as monolayers or on decellularized tendon scaffolds and incubated with 10 ng/ml TGF-<i>β</i>3 and/or 10 <i>μ</i>M ROCK inhibitor Y-27632 and analysed at days 1 and 3.
