H358-EVs promoted the activation of CAFs by delivering HOTAIR. After transfection of H358 cells with HOTAIR inhibitor, EVs isolated and extracted were cocultured with NFs for 6 hours. (a–c) The levels of HOTAIR in H358 cells, EVs, and NFs were detected by RT-qPCR; (d) the protein levels of α-SMA and FAP-α on the surface of CAFs were detected by WB; (e) the levels of cytokines IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-8 were detected by ELISA. Cell experiment was repeated three times, and the -test was used for data comparison between groups. .
