Characterization of hUC-MSCs. (a) Trilineage differentiation of hUC-MSCs. Adipocyte differentiation capacity of hUC-MSCs was confirmed by Oil Red O staining. Osteogenic differentiation potential of hUC-MSCs was verified by Alizarin red staining. Chondrogenic differentiation ability of hUC-MSCs was proved by Alcian blue staining. μm.
