Intracerebral Transplantation of Mesenchymal Stromal Cell Compounded with Recombinant Peptide Scaffold against Chronic Intracerebral Hemorrhage Model

rCellSaics secreted more trophic factors and exosomes in the OGD condition and showed better cell proliferation. Neurotrophic factors and exosome secretion capacity under the OGD condition were compared between rCellSaic and solo-rBMSC. The concentrations of BDNF (a), HGF (b), VEGF (c), and GDNF (d) in CellSaic supernatants were significantly higher than those in solo-rBMSC. The exosomes released in the supernatants were significantly higher in rCellSaic than solo-rBMSC (e). Data are presented as the (SE). ; (the Wilcoxon rank sum test).
