Our study identified the dominant expression of MAGEB2 in human SSC by scRNA RNA analysis and immunohistochemistry and used cellular and molecular experiments to reveal that MAGEB2 mediates the degradation of EGR1 to regulate the proliferation and apoptosis of the human SSC lines.
