Molecular Mechanism of Long Noncoding RNA SNHG14 in Osteogenic Differentiation of Bone Marrow-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells through the NEDD4L/FOXA2/PCP4 Axis

NEDD4L overexpression attenuates the inhibition of SNHG14 downregulation on OD of BMSCs. BMSCs were infected with overexpression plasmid of NEDD4L lentivirus (oe-NEDD4L), with oe-NC as the control. (a, b) NEDD4L expression level was determined by RT-qPCR and Western blot analysis. (c) ALP staining and ALP activity determination. (d) Alizarin red staining and determination of mineralized nodules. (e) Expression levels of OCN and OPN were determined by Western blot analysis. Cell experiments were repeated 3 times. Data were represented as deviation. Multigroup comparisons in panels (c) and (d) were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, and in panel (e) were analyzed using two-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s multiple comparison test.
