Molecular Mechanism of Long Noncoding RNA SNHG14 in Osteogenic Differentiation of Bone Marrow-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells through the NEDD4L/FOXA2/PCP4 Axis

Figure 7

PCP4 overexpression attenuates the inhibition of silencing SNHG14 on OD of BMSCs. BMSCs were infected with overexpression plasmid of PCP4 lentivirus (oe-PCP4), with oe-NC as the control. (a) mRNA level of PCP4 was determined by RT-qPCR. (b) ALP staining and ALP activity determination. (c) Alizarin red staining and determination of mineralized nodules. (d) Expression levels of OCN and OPN were determined by Western blot analysis. Cell experiments were repeated 3 times. Data were represented as deviation. Multigroup comparisons in panels (b) and (c) were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and in panel (d) were analyzed using two-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s multiple comparison test. Pairwise comparisons in panel (a) were analyzed using the -test. , .
