Mesenchymal Stem Cells Accelerate Recovery of Acetic Acid-Induced Chronic Gastric Ulcer by Regulating Ekt/Akt/TRIM29 Axis

Figure 1

Characterization of isolated hUC-MSCs: (a) morphology of hUC-MSCs under a light microscope (scale bars = 200 μm); (b–d) the differentiation capability of hUC-MSCs was confirmed by Alizarin red S staining for osteogenesis (Scale bars = 200 μm), oil red O staining for adipogenesis (scale bars = 50 μm), and Alcian blue staining for chondrogenesis (scale bars = 50 μm); (e) immunophenotypic characteristics obtained from flow cytometric analysis indicate that the isolated hUC-MSCs expressed mesenchymal markers such as CD73, CD90, and CD105 but negative for hematopoietic lineage markers CD34, CD45, and HLA-DR.
