Concentration-response curves for EA204 in rabbit aorta with and without endothelium. Aortic rings were precontracted with phenylephrine (1 μM). Endothelium was removed mechanically by rubbing with a steel wire. Responses are expressed as a percentage of the maximum possible relaxation, that is, relaxation back to the baseline tension.
