Effect of occlusion of the middle cerebral artery (MCAO) and hypothermia on chaperones expression in rat brains. Western blot analysis for Hsp70, Hsp27, Hsp40, Hsp90, ORP150, PDI, and GAD-43 was performed using protein samples from the penumbra and core regions of rat ischemic brains at the indicated time points after reperfusion.
