Process of quantum genetic firefly algorithm (QGFA).

(1)	Initialize all the population
(2)	Measure each individual of the initial population to obtain the binary solution
(3)	Evaluate the binary solution and calculate individual light intensity of
(4)	Determine whether they meet the terminating conditions: yes, stop; no, continue
(5)	; change the position of the populations by the strategy of quantum rotation gate equation (20) to obtain new populations
(6)	Apply quantum crossover and mutation operation
(7)	Calculate individual light intensity
