(a) Cavernosometry shows that all rabbits implanted with the bioengineered corpora after complete pendular penile corporal excision had sufficient intracorporal pressure (ICP) to attain erection. The levels of ICP were comparable to native corpora. (b) Cavernosography shows a homogenous appearance of corpora in the bioengineered group, similar to the native corpora, and multiple filling defects in the negative control group.
