Genetic Diversity and Population Differentiation of <i>Guignardia mangiferae</i> from “Tahiti” Acid Lime

<table>Phylogenetic relationships inferred with DNA sequences from the ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 region of “Tahiti” acid lime isolates obtained from different plants from Itaboraí/RJ. All isolates showed high similarity with <i>G. mangiferae </i>and also one to another. Highest divergence was shown to <i>G. vaccinii</i> and <i>G. laricina</i>. Tree was obtained by Distance Method using NJ algorithm.</table>
