Incidental right breast mass (a) arrow, cm in size) and several right axillary lymph nodes (b) arrows, the largest one is cm in size) in a 59-year-old female with history of endometrial cancer were found by followup unenhanced CT of 18F-fluoride PET/CT. The biopsy for the right breast tumor confirmed the presence of invasive ductal carcinoma.
