Effect of LIF and U0126 on the proliferation of JEG-3 cells. JEG-3 cells were incubated for up to 48 h in presence or absence of 10 mM U0126 and 10 ng/mL LIF. A MTS colorimetric assay was performed and optical density (OD) at 490 nm was measured to assess cell proliferation. Bars show mean values of independent experiments, which have been performed in triplicates (controls in 12 replicates).
