The expression of IL-1β and NGF proteins in HUVECs treated with AdRas12V or H2O2. (a) Time course of the accumulation of IL-1β and NGF in the culture media. HUVECs were infected with AdGFP (closed squares) or AdRas12V (closed circles) or treated with H2O2 (open circles). After 1 week, HUVECs were washed with PBS, and medium was replaced with serum free Dulbecco’s modified Eagle medium (DMEM).
