Sensitivity test of TaqMan real-time PCR assay for ten fold serial dilutions of smut pbE DNA standard. (a) The amplification plots showed the testing results of a ten fold dilution serials containing the following pbE DNA: 100 pg, 10 pg, 1 pg, 100 fg, 10 fg, 1 fg, 100 ag, and 10 ag, while no amplification signals were observed in the mock and blank controls. (b) The linear regression analyses between the quantities of templates and Ct values. Regression equations were calculated with 𝑦=−3.247𝑥+4.629, 𝑅²=0.998,𝑆=−3.247, and 𝐸(%)=1.032.
