(b) The hypoechogenicity pattern among the biceps tendon is shown in this longitudinal view. The ROI was selected to be in the part of the biceps tendon with the most significant fluid accumulation, and the boarder part of this square area is defined as being located on the biceps tendon sheath. The grayscale values of the ROI were directly calculated by using the PACS system.
