(a, c) T2-weighted with fat suppression images and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) maps (b, d) obtained before (a, b) and after the first cycle (c, d) of chemotherapy. From the T2-weighted with fat suppression images, no significant decrease in tumor size was detected (a, c) after the first cycle of chemotherapy, while the ADC value increased from 1.36×10⁻³ mm²/s to 2.16×10⁻³ mm²/s (b, d).
