Cell viability of two oral cancer cells was inhibited by MECCrt. Oral cancer Ca9-22 and CAL 27 cell lines were treated with various concentrations of MECCrt (0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 μg/mL) for 24 h. The cell viability was measured by the MTS assay. Data, means ± SDs (). against vehicle.
