(c) Testicular atrophy is associated with diffuse fibrosis of the tunica vaginalis. Left testis is decreased in volume and tunica vaginalis is thickened and firmly adhered to the testis. (d) Severe purulent epididymitis. Tail of the left epididymis is surrounded by purulent exudate and hemorrhage.
