Rac1-ERK pathway was involved in the radixin-mediated invasion and migration of colon cancer cells. (a) After transfected with either control siRNA or radixin siRNA for 48 h, the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 was detected by western blotting. (b) After incubation with NSC23766 or DMSO for 1 h, the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 was detected by western blotting. (c) and (d) Cells were pretreated with U0126 or DMSO for 30 min and then were subjected to invasion and migration assays. .
