Arsenic attenuates the expressions of eNOS and iNOS. (a) Cells treated with 1 or 10 μM of arsenic for 0.5, 24 were used to monitor eNOS variations. (b) For investigating iNOS level, the cells were incubated with same concentration of arsenic for 48 hours. (c, d) The expression levels of eNOS and iNOS were statistically calculated from three repeats. Relative folds of protein levels shown as means ± S.E. compared to control. Statistical significance (^∗𝑃<0.05, ^∗∗𝑃<0.01) analyzed using Fisher’s LSD.
